Any monies paid by buyer for expenses, ie airfare, vet exam, gas, etc are not included in
purchase price and once spent are non refundable.

If above dog is a bitch, she will remain on Co-Ownership and registration paperwork from AKC and UKC will remain with Jillian Casey until the dog is Spayed/Neutered.
Health tests, Temperament tests, Championships and Performance titles must be completed before any offspring is decided by dog listed above.
Health Tests to be completed- Penn Hip, OFA Elbows, OFA Dentition, OFA Patella's, OFA Cardiac, Embark Panel (DNA Genetic Testing).
Two puppies back from each litter of 5 or more and one puppy back from litters if less than four unless other arrangements are made in writing. Seller will choose and pick up the puppy/puppies (or arrangements for shipping will be made) at Seller's expense
Puppies will be chosen between 7 and 8 weeks of age, no puppies may be sold before this time without prior consent from seller. Buyer has responsibility to provide pictures, video, measurements
or to be available to show puppies to seller or her representative before 10 week of age (7 weeks is ideal).
Puppies are to be in good health and condition at time of pick up. Any expense incurred by
seller to take care of and "fix" sick puppies will be the responsibility of buyer. Seller will
choose the sire of litter(s) with agreement from Buyer. If seller is not notified of bitches
heat in time to choose stud or bitch is bred to a dog without prior consent from seller,
seller will have the option to choose a puppy from this litter as a penalty and still be
entitled to the original puppy or puppies as arranged prior, out of bitches next breeding,
or to be entitled to an $10,000 penalty fee in lieu of the puppy, at seller discretion. All
breeding expenses and care of litter will be the responsibility of the Buyer. Seller will
be able to name her puppy/puppies back and place the Sila V Krovi prefix on its/their name.
If this dog does not mature of breeding quality by 24 months of age or other agreed
upon time by both parties, the breeding aspect of the contract will become null and void and puppy is to be spayed or neutered .
This dog may not be spayed/neutered or sold unless all terms of contract are met, ie:
puppies back, payments, etc. unless the health of the dog is compromised, at which
point prior arrangements must be made in writing and signed by the Seller. If the dog
is spayed/neutered or sold without prior consent from Seller a $2,000 (two thousand)
penalty fee will be due.
If male, dog will remain on Co-Ownership and Seller has breeding rights for the lifetime of the dog.
Registration paperwork from AKC and UKC will remain with Jillian Casey until the dog is Spayed/Neutered.

If a deposit is placed to hold the above dog until pick up or final payment, it will be handled thus: All deposits will be deducted from final cost of dog. Deposits are not refundable, and may be kept only if buyer chooses not to follow thru with purchase or does not pay balance within one week or other agreed upon time set above. Seller only has the responsibility to hold dog till agreed upon time if buyer does not contact seller to make other arrangements or to pay balance, dog may be placed for sale again and buyer forfeits deposit. If for any reason seller cannot fulfill obligation for puppy or dog, ie puppy becomes ill, is lost, stolen etc, seller will provide buyer choice of: a return of deposit or offer a replacement dog of equal quality and value.

This dog will be sold with full guarantees below unless and excluding testing that has already been performed above:
Guarantees:
If purchasing a puppy, adult height or dentition is not guaranteed. All measurements to time of purchase will be provided to new buyer, and any knowledge or thoughts of possible adult height or dentition from experience of breeding, line or parents will be disclosed. Seller warrants that to the best of her ability or knowledge this dog will mature of correct height and bite but no guaranteed of such can be made. If purchasing an adult dog size and dentition will be disclosed and guaranteed. Two descended testicles will be guaranteed on male puppies or dogs.
This animal is guaranteed to be clear of all crippling genetic health defects that will hinder the dog from working. If the dog is purchased when it is over five years of age and all of its tests stated above have not been completed yet the buyer will have an extended two month period to complete testing. All above are guaranteed provided that such defect or fault was not caused by or while with buyer, through neglect, mistreatment or injury. This guarantee is extended only to original Buyer and is null and void if dog has been bred. Proof of any claim must be provided to Seller’s veterinarian. Seller reserves the right to have her own veterinarian retest the dog at her expense, before refund or replacement is given. If a problem is found with the above dog, it must be returned with corresponding AKC and other paperwork, and then a replacement dog of equal value will be provided when one becomes available. The Seller has the choice to either refund the purchase price or replace dog. Buyer may choose to apply the purchase price towards another dog or service with sellers agreement. Seller is not responsible for vet or other expenses of defective dog while in sellers care or shipping, travel expenses or any other costs incurred by buyer in the return of above dog and/or delivery of replacement dog. If buyer chooses to keep the above dog, breeding aspect of this contract will be null and void.
This dog is guaranteed to be healthy for a period of 5 days from time of acquisition. In the event that the puppy is acquired on a weekend/holiday, the guarantee begins at 8:00 am on the Monday/next working day following the day of purchase. It is recommended that the Buyer have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian during this time. Full purchase price will be refunded if dog is found to be ill. This is not to include any prior disclosed medical conditions, provided that the dog was examined by a veterinarian during the first 5 days and the dog is returned to Seller with original paperwork, included but not limited to AKC registration, health records, pedigree and so forth. Proof of any claim must be provided to seller within this time and arrangements for the dogs return must be made immediately and not to exceed a week from purchase. Proof of any claim is to be provided to seller immediately and before refund. Any vet, travel to and from buyer or other expenses incurred by buyer are not refundable.
Seller reserves the right to be notified and have first purchase option of above dog if and when he/she becomes available, at a reasonable price. This will be strictly enforced with a $1,000 penalty fee.

GENETIC AND CONGENITAL GUARANTEE 
Puppies purchased as show, working or breeding prospects are subject to a Lifetime genetic and congenital guarantee against crippling genetic defects as set forth below. Genetic defects specifically included in this Guarantee include: hip dysplasia (defined as a PennHip D.I. of greater than 0.75 or grading of Moderate to Severe OA, certification and proof of submission and grading to PennHip required), elbow dysplasia (defined as an OFA rating of Grade 2 or 3 with proof of submission and grading by OFA required). Exclusions include but are not limited to: injuries/accidents, improper nutrition(defined as home made diets or any diet that does not meet AAFCO standards for canine nutrition) and any normal age-related maladies such as Arthritis. Other genetic diseases covered in this Guarantee include: being affected by the following known and testable diseases: DM. This Guarantee does not include carrier status of these listed diseases, nor does it include any diseases that are unknown or untestable as of the date of this Agreement. 
Seller may, in its sole discretion, extend this guarantee to other conditions based on Seller's review and assessment of the alleged defect. In such an event, Seller reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the puppy with a puppy of comparable value from the next available litter. In the event of any replacement of the puppy under this Genetic and Congenital Guarantee, Seller will require the puppy be returned to Seller, or, alternatively, that Buyer provide proof that the defective puppy has been euthanized or spayed/neutered at Buyer's expense. In the case of replacement, Buyer is responsible for all transportation related costs for the replacement puppy. This Genetic and Congenital Guarantee is void if the puppy has been bred or found to have been living in inhumane conditions and not provided with adequate care (defined as proper nutrition that meets or exceeds AAFCO standards, proper safe housing, age-appropriate activity/exercise, and vet/health care etc.).
Temperament Guarantee- 
Seller guarantees the puppy's temperament to be sound and consistent with the breed standard for the Caucasian Shepherd as of the date ownership is transferred to Buyer. If Buyer believes the puppy's temperament is unsound, Seller reserves the right to evaluate the puppy's temperament, with consideration given to the puppy's environment and Buyer's efforts to properly socialize and train the puppy. If Seller concurs with Buyer's assessment of an
improper temperament, Seller will replace the puppy with a comparable puppy from the next available breeding. Buyer agrees that if Seller replaces the puppy, Buyer will return the puppy to Seller at Buyer's expense, including transportation costs (defined as crate/kennel, health certification/vet check, cargo airfare, flight nanny, ground transportation etc) Once the puppy has been returned to Seller, Seller has exclusive right to retain, euthanize, or to adopt/re-sell the puppy to another person. Seller reserves the right to refuse to replace the puppy if, in Seller's sole discretion, it is determined that placing another puppy with Buyer is not appropriate

Replacements-
​
In the case of a genetic replacement, Buyer has the option to send the dog back to seller or keep the dog and still be entitled to a replacement. The dog must be spayed/neutered with veterinary proof that the dog has been altered before a replacement is sent. If no replacement is desired, $1,000.00 of the purchase price will be given back to the buyer.
Registration Name-It is also understood that if the dog is not already individually registered, the Buyer will register it through AKC with the Sila V Krovi prefix on its registered name. If the dog is not registered with the Sila V Krovi prefix the Buyer will incur a $1,000 (one thousand) penalty fee.
Each litter will be assigned a letter of the alphabet, therefore the puppy’s registered name must start with the letter assigned
Special conditions/provisions and /or exceptions of sale:

This dog is to be kept in the house and let out at appropriate times for exercise and to eliminate. It is not to be chained to a dog house, or confined to a kennel at all times. The welfare of our dogs is of utmost importance, if you ever feel that you need help with your dog or advice for care or training please contact us immediately.
Our main goal here at Sila V Krovi is to produce happy, healthy dogs that make wonderful lifelong Working Dogs and are loved and cherished by their people.

It is understood that at the time of sale this dog is a good representative of its breed and is suited as a working for the purpose of_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________. Beginning training classes are required to insure a good relationship and control with the dog.
This puppy or dog will come to you with current shots according to air Doods vaccination protocol when applicable. They have received regular wormings with Pannacure or Pyrantel, and any additional treatments to ensure of good health. Current health records will be provided to new buyer at time of acquisition.
This dog, nor puppies from this dog may be sold to/through wholesale outlets, pet stores or flea markets. This dog is to never be bred to a dog of a different breed. Dog should be bred to ONLY (AKC UKC) registered Caucasian Shepherd dogs.
The above dog has a home for a lifetime here at Sila V Krovi if the Buyer is no longer able to keep it, no questions asked. Fair market value will be paid for above dog.
Both the Buyer and Seller have read the above contract and understand and agree to all the conditions stated herein. No amendments or attachments have been made/added to this contract. This contract is legal and binding. Both parties agree that any legal action to enforce this contract will be brought forth in Miami County, Ohio where breeder resides.

To control size we recommend that you place the puppy at three months of age on a good quality/low protein adult dog food. One of the highlights of breeding Caucasians is to hear and see how well the dogs are doing in their new homes. Please keep in touch, letters and photos are always welcome. Show/Working/Sport pictures are especially appreciated. We hope you will enjoy many years with your new Working dog. Pictures will be posted in our website with permission.
